We know that sometimes changes in people’s lives mean that keeping their dog is not possible, or not the best thing for all concerned. Knowing you need help, and asking for it is the most responsible thing to do. If you have decided to find a new home for your dog, we may be able to help. We are not a rehoming organisation but have a large network of rescues we work with.

SELLING YOUR DOG

Pet selling sites, or using social media may seem a good way to rehome, or sell, your dog. It is not. Using these sites presents many risks to you and your dog. Puppy farmers, dealers, and criminals trawl these sites. The exploitation of dogs of all ages on them is rife, sustaining all the worst elements of the dog industry. You will not know who is buying your dog, how they will be treated once away from you or that they will not be harmed.
